The role of Sales Manager involves the day to day motivating, training and recruitment of our Design Consultants. Liaison with customers is also an important part of the role.
As you may be visiting some customers a car and driving license is mandatory as is a phone.
Reporting directly to your Regional Manager, a positive attitude and willingness to strive for targets is essential. This is an engaging and challenging role which is reflected in the financial rewards for successful managers.
The remuneration structure is easy to understand, there are also monthly target bonuses and annual holiday prizes. Earning potential is dependant on your willingness to work and achieve. Typically a Sales Manger will earn around £50k pa, the most successful earning around £70k.
