National Training Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing, introducing and maintaining an effective Training and Development strategy for our Sales and Marketing Team

This will include :-

Working with Regional Managers to assist in the development of their S&M teams
Working with managers to build good quality development programmes.
Managing the annual and long term training and development plans.
Managing the career progression and succession planning process to ensure that they are identifying and developing skilled employees.
Managing the training department and budgets.

Experience in the Home Improvement market is essential
