I joined Betta Living 5 years ago. Previously I had worked as a civil servant in an office based job and was looking for a change in direction. The main reason was to enable me to spend more time enjoying golf and my other hobbies. I needed a job where the hours were more flexible than those associated with a desk job. The training courses were invaluable and within a matter of weeks I was starting to earn great money and was enjoying my new found freedom!

After leaving college two years ago I was not sure what I wanted to do for a career. A friend recommended me to Betta Living and I started work in one of the showrooms. Since joining I have had so much fun, the people I work with are lovely and I am earning money doing what I do best - talking! Last year I won a trip to The Dominican Republic and the year before to Mexico. What a fantastic job!

After many years of management experience in the Home Improvement sector I was aware of Betta Living and their impressive reputation. When the opportunity arose to join Betta Living at a regional management level I jumped at the chance. The advert stated the role was "challenging, yet rewarding", well I can voucher for that! I have helped build a fantastic group of people who most of the time have good fun whilst working hard. As for the rewards, it's all down to results and I have had some pretty good ones!
