Job Description
Attending pre-qualified appointments to design fitted bedrooms with the confidence that customer satisfaction is the priority of everyone within Betta Living. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet great people and provide them with a fantastic product and level of service second to none in our industry.
These high levels of service and quality ensure our Design Consultants receive many repeat orders and recommendations.
We offer extensive training in all aspects of our business ensuring that when visiting a customer in their home you will provide them with the best design and solution to meet their budget and lifestyle.
Many members of our sales team have been with Betta Living for over 10 years. No wonder, our top Design Consultants can earn up to £70k pa, plus monthly target bonus and annual holiday prizes. Earning potential is dependent on your willingness to work and achieve, there is no upper limit.
A structured career path is present for those wishing to increase their earnings and responsibilities and progress through to sales management.
What is required?
We require highly motivated and driven professionals.
Previous sales or design experience is not essential. Over the years we have developed training programs that can help candidates with a positive attitude become exceptional sales people.
As you will be visiting our customers in their homes a reliable car is mandatory, as is a current driving license.
All Betta Living Design Consultants are ambassadors for Betta Living, a professional appearance is as important as a professional attitude.
An ability to communicate with customers from different backgrounds is key.
How soon will I be earning?
Betta Living Design Consultants are self employed and are paid weekly. We believe we pay commissions faster than anyone else in the industry, so you can be creating regular weekly earnings quickly.
