Don't think just 5 stars covers the excellent customer service that i received from the kitchen fitters at Betta Living. I couldn't fault anything that the kitchen fitters did. I am more than happy with the finished product. Tony Varney and his team (sorry lads forgot your name) were amazing. They answered all my inquiries and seemed knowledgeable with what they were doing.

No hesitation in giving Betta Living 5 stars

Initially, we had some misunderstandings when defining what we wanted in our new kitchen. We finally decided that the compromises we were being asked to make as a consequence were acceptable when compared with what other firms were offering. During installation we also discovered that the wrong taps had been delivered. Those required were quickly ordered from the manufacturer, however, and were delivered by courier directly to our door. Since, at the end of the day, it is the quality of the fitted product that is important, I have no hesitation in giving Betta Living 5 stars. If I had to rate the fitters separately, I would give them 6 stars if I could.

just had our new kitchen fitted and i have to say a big thankyou to the fitters Calvin and Jon and the team, after a very shaky start from the first deposit paid , where i had no confirmation call and papers sent and i had to ring myself to book a surveyer ( which meant us being 2 1/2 weeks behind)i finally recieved my fitting date and i can honestly say that the fitters are a credit to the company and would recommend them without hesitation,warm,friendly,very well mannered and had alot of time to talk to me and make sure that my kitchen was as i dreamed it would be..
